Recently, I heard someone reflect that the mouse cannot run when
installing ISTA, therefore, I list 4 possible problem which might
cause the problem:
1. The data of computer is not match with the real data. For example, if your computer date is 2014.06.29, but today is 2014.07.05. In this case, you have to set your computer date the same as the real date.
2. It got incorrect ACHI (Advance Host Controller Interface) mode. If you are installing Microsoft’s Windows Vista or higher, AHCI is directly supported natively on the operating system installation DVD so you do not have to load AHCI drivers during the installation of the operating system. However, Microsoft’s Windows XP does not include native support and therefore you will need to manually install the AHCI drivers during the installation of Windows XP.
3. BMW ICOM A2+B+C software is not compatible with the computer.
4. The driver installation cannot be automatically installed successfully. Then you had better send back to the manufacture to reinstall the software.
Hope my share will be helpful to you, at least, lead you to the right direction.
